Murray Camp Covid-19 Required Daily Parent/Staff Form

7/21/20 Camp Update:

We are quite delighted to report that Murray Camp has opened for our 32nd season for children ages 6-13.

We received word today that we may resume leaving the school grounds after being mandated along with all of the camps in Massachusetts, to remain on the camp grounds this summer.

We are very excited to be returning to the Nantucket beaches and some of our former activity location this week!

We began the season cautiously by canceling our Minnows

(ages 4 & 5) program and reducing our camper numbers significantly in order to operate with assurance of providing an environment that would strictly adhere to all state and local guidelines.

I am happy to report that all has progressed smoothly but can not express how delighted we are to get back to swimming, beach games, surfing, sailing and lots more! We have developed quite an appreciation for returning to our island playground!

We will continue to host our soccer, basketball, gymnastics, various mediums of Art classes, science experiments, Fun Spanish language and cultural activities, Yoga, Hip Hop Dancing, Executive Functioning strengthening sessions and lots more!

We are licensed by the Nantucket Board of Health. We have implemented extensive safety measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable summer for our campers. We have re-opened registration, which has been closed since April, for children ages 6-13.  We are open this summer though August 14, 2020.

Please note that all children registering for day camps in Massachusetts, arriving from out of state, with the exception of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island New York and New Jersey are required to complete a 14 day quarantine in the state of Massachusetts, prior to attending camp.

Please do not hesitate reaching out with any questions.
