  LUNCH

Suggestion; try to avoid food issues by having your child pack his/her lunch with you. Try not to overpack as it can result in your child being overwhelmed with too much food and eating less. Try sticker rewards after camp if he/she arrives home with at least half of their lunch and water bottle consumed. It is a difficult age to ensure intake. We will strongly encourage! Let's keep it positive!

Bonus stickers for keeping caps on at outside camp activities, might also be worth trying!
